Experience the joy of working directly with one of our design consultants at Ooh-Aah Invitations to create a wedding invitation that beautifully reflects you and your special day. We advise all our clients to order their invitations at least four months before their wedding to allow enough time for printing, assembly and delivery.

Choose a Design:

Browse through our collection on our website, or contact Ooh-Aah Invitations to book an appointment to visit our in-home design studio, so you can get a true feel for our wedding invitations first-hand. During your visit, our design consultant will spend time with you to discuss your ideas and understand your needs, hopes and expectations. We can start with a design you've seen in our current collection and tailor it to your occasion or we can create an entirely new and unique design especially for you.

If you are unable to visit our studio we will be more than happy to give you the same personalised service over the phone and via email.

Place an Order:

After your initial consultation, your design consultant will email an order form and quote to you. This is then filled out and returned to us with the wording for your wedding invitation and any images, maps and other details you would like to incorporate into your design, along with a 40% deposit. Wording of these items is entirely up to you, but we are happy to be consulted. A digital proof with two rounds of revisions is included in the total cost of your wedding invitations.

Receive a Proof and TRIPLE-check:

Ooh-Aah Invitations will provide you with a digital proof via email (.PDF) of your wedding invitation. We encourage you to have one or several other people to review the layout and read over the text. You may request any amendments at this stage and we will happily resubmit another proof for approval.

**NOTE: It is important to carefully examine the proof to ensure all names and venues are spelt correctly, and that punctuation, dates and times are correct. Ooh-Aah Invitations will not accept responsibility for any mistakes after the proof has been approved and any further adjustments will incur extra charges.

Final Payment:

Once you have approved the proof, Ooh-Aah Invitations will send you a final invoice. Payments can be made by cheque and direct deposit only.

Printing and Delivery:

Your wedding invitation order is sent for production and is completed within 4-5 weeks. Local pick up or delivery to your nominated address is available (delivery fees apply).
